Wie schön, dass du dich mit uns für einen starken CORE einsetzt und in den kommenden acht Wochen die Welt des tensegralen Pferdetrainings entdeckst. Das ist deine Eintrittskarte in die Welt von Equi-Core und den Trainingsraum
Hier siehst du noch einmal alles Wichtige im Überblick:
- Die Reihenfolge der Videos ist logisch aufeinander aufgebaut, für einen klaren roten Faden in deinem Training. Du kannst die Videos in deinem Tempo anschauen und immer wieder zu älteren Einheiten zurückkehren.
- Es gibt zwei live Q&A-Calls via Zoom und zwei voraufgezeichnete Analysenvideos (Start und Abschluss). Für die Analysevideos gibst du entsprechendes Bild- und Videomaterial ab, das anschließend in dem Video ausgewertet und dir zum Anschauen hier auf der Plattform zur Verfügung gestellt wird. Die Termine findest du alle rechts.
- In der WhatsApp-Gruppe erhältst du alle Infos und Reminder zu wichtigen Daten: Wann musst du welches Material wohin abgeben, wann ist der nächste Q&A-Zoom und ab wann die Analyse deines Pferdes verfügbar ist
